October 18, 2019On Sept. 6, 2015, age 84 years, beloved husband of the late Bente ( nee Lyhning) formerly of Pennsauken, NJ. Devoted father of Connie Dow ( Brian) of Perkasie, PA, Kurt Bown of Pennsauken, and Alan Bown ( Karen ) of Nescopeck, PA . Also survived by a sister Mary Regner, a brother Marshall Brown, three grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Also a girlfriend Gail “Winifred” DeHaan.
Charles served in the US Navy aboard the USS Philippines. He was a member of Merchantville Lodge #119 F&AM. He was a Machinist at Campbell Soup Company for over 35 years.
Visitation will be held on Friday, Sept.11, 2015, from 12-1:00 pm at the DuBois Funeral Home, 700 S. White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ 08106. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm at the funeral Home. Interment private at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ. Condolences may be sent to www.duboisfuneralhome.net.
