Ethel had several jobs over the years but her favorites were, working at Horn & Hardart, after graduating from Simon Gratz High School in 1936, the Saturday Receptionist at Haddon Hill Apartments, and joining LARC School in Bellmawr, NJ at age 53, where she worked for 27 years as the much loved Lunch Lady before retiring at age 80.
Ethel was an exceptionally kind, considerate, and caring woman who was liked by all. She will be sadly missed by everyone who had the privilege to know her.
